I think moms in general really need the basics of understanding what is happening in those first six weeks postpartum. What’s happening to your body, what’s happening with healing, how can you support yourself. So, [with Motherhood Grace] I wanted to give a little more education and support and resources to moms that were encouraging and uplifting.
